A: Children are allowed on the show floor during show days. A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times.

If complaints are received, the child and guardian may be asked to leave the show floor.

A: Early Teardown Policy is as follows:

Regarding our safety policies and buyers who want to do business on the last day of the show, all companies must refrain from tearing down their booths early. If exhibitors are found breaking down their booth before 4:00 PM on the last day, they will be asked to stop and put their booth back together.

Due to the dangers posed by early breakdowns for attendees, staff, and other exhibitors, an early breakdown fee has been in place since 2020.

Buyers should be able to view all available products, aisles must remain clear of packing materials, and exhibitors must be able to take orders. Thank you for your cooperation.

A: This is a trade-only event for qualified buyers and industry professionals. The show is not open to the public. IGES is a wholesale business-to-business marketplace.

A: Yes, you must register each member of your staff who needs access to the show floor. Pre-registration does not guarantee immediate entry.

Each employee must present personal identification (a driver’s license or passport) and business identification (a business card, W-2 form, or cancelled payroll check) to receive a badge. No exceptions will be made.

Badges are the property of IGES, are non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Badges will only be reprinted once at the show. Lost badges may compromise event security.

A: Yes! IGES negotiates special hotel rates for the trade show. Attendees are encouraged to book through official IGES hotels. A free shuttle runs daily between official hotels and convention centers. To book your hotel, please visit the hotel accommodations section of our website.

Important: IGES works exclusively with EvolveCon for hotel discounts. EvolveCon is the only approved hotel vendor associated with IGES.
