As of now you should have your 2011 show guide index forms: 2,3 & 4 into our office.  Those forms are important identifiers to the show buyers.  If you haven't turned in these forms, please contact our office immediately to see if it's too late.  The forms were due the first week of July, however we are still accepting them at this present time (7/29/11).

200 Buyer Bag donation deadline: August 15th!!  If you were planning on donating sample items for the 200 buyer bag give-a-way (given a way on the first day of the show) please make sure you submit the sample form and have your samples mailed to us at IGES: 260 Matzinger Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43612 no later than October 15, 2011.

It's not too late to order COMPLIMENTARY advertising material...Form #7 is the Exhibitor Promo Order form for Envelope Registration Stuffers; Stickers; and Tri-Folded Colored Flyers.  This is a GREAT way to get the word out to your customers that YOU will be in Sevierville with the IGES/SSS show in November!!! 

Also, we have a NEW service this year that is available through Expo Logic.  Exhibitors now have the opportunity to purchase leadkey retrieval service through Expo Logic and track buyers as they come to your booth.  Expo Logic has a discounted rate on their service if you contact them on or before 8/1/11 and then another discounted rate between 8/2/11 and 10/28/11.  You can also find them and purchase service from them directly at the show in the Exhibitor Services desk located in the front of the Events Center next to Buyer Registration.
