REQUIREMENTS

1. This form must be returned to M&M Gift Shows NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 18, 2010, to receive the complimentary booth furnishings as described below. NO EXCEPTIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS!

2. Completed forms not received by the due date will be rejected and it will be the exhibitor's responsibility to order booth furnishings directly from the show director at the published prices!

3. You must specify the quantity of the complimentary furnishings you want in order to receive them. No furnishings will be delivered to any booth automatically. Order as many draped tables as you need but, do not over order as you will be charged for all excess tables that are returned to the decorator.

ALL EXHIBIT AREAS (INCLUDING BOOTHS) WILL BE COMPLETELY CARPETED BY M&M GIFT SHOWS.

All booths have an 8' high draped back wall and, except as noted, 36'' high draped side walls. Booths 3' or less in depth do not have side walls.

NOTE: 8' high sidewalls, special booth draping and special booth piping must be ordered from our show decorator, Reber-Friel Co.

COMPLIMENTARY BOOTH FURNISHINGS PACKAGE

EACH BOOTH RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING: 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and unlimited draped tables. Booths over 180 sq. ft. receive two complimentary booth furnishings packages.

SHOW COLORS: The Main Exhibit Hall and Pavilion(s) will have red aisle carpet, royal blue booth carpet and gray booth draping. The Ballroom carpeting has mixed autumn accents and the booth draping will be hunter green.
